Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the GMeter website located at gmeterapp.com or the GMeter mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY

GMeter is provided strictly for entertainment and general informational purposes only. The GMeter Crime Index Score is a proprietary composite metric and does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to legal, real estate, financial, safety, or law enforcement advice. The Score may not reflect actual crime conditions in any specific area, neighborhood, street, or location. You should not rely on GMeter scores when making any personal, financial, residential, travel, or business decisions.

2. DATA SOURCES AND ACCURACY

GMeter aggregates publicly available data from sources including the FBI Crime Data Explorer, the U.S. Census Bureau, and local government databases. While we strive to present this data accurately, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, timeliness, or suitability of any data presented through the Service. Crime data and demographic statistics are inherently limited and may be outdated, incomplete, or subject to reporting inconsistencies beyond our control. The GMeter Score is a derived index and is not an official government metric.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GMETER AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE OR ANY CONTENT THEREON. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON THE GMETER SCORE OR ANY DATA PRESENTED THROUGH THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
